Learning Package for allango

When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to all included components of the purchased Learning Package for a minimum term of 12 months. At the start of this term, you have a 7-day trial period during which you can use/test the Learning Package free of charge and without commitment. Only after this trial period ends does the regular subscription period begin, and payment becomes due. The subscription automatically renews after 12 months and can then be cancelled on a monthly basis.

No, the components are automatically assigned to the customer account you used to make the purchase. Redeeming a license key is not necessary. This means you can view and use the Learning Package content on the allango learning platform immediately after completing your purchase.

• The trial period lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel the subscription within these 7 days, it automatically converts into a 12-month subscription.
• The subscription has a minimum term of one year. If you do not cancel it, it continues indefinitely until you terminate it. After the minimum term, you can cancel the subscription on a monthly basis.

Use the search function in the allango library (book icon) to find your products by title or ISBN/NP number. By clicking the product cover, you access the title overview page. In the “Digital Edition” and “Digital LearningPlus” sections, you will find the license periods of the respective products.

No, no additional costs can arise for you. All content and features of the Learning Package are included in the regular subscription fee.

After the 7-day trial period, the 12-month subscription begins. After the first year, it renews automatically on a monthly basis for an indefinite period. You do not need to take any action for the renewal.

You currently cannot transfer your subscription to another person.

You currently cannot pause your subscription.

The Learning Package subscription is primarily intended for learners, but the content can be used on the allango platform with both the “Learner” and “Teacher” roles.

For teachers, we alternatively recommend the Teaching Package, which includes all components of the Learning Package (without subscription) plus additional teacher-specific content.

If you want to end your subscription, fill out the form at subscription.allango.net/abo-kuendigen, where you can enter your cancellation request. After submitting the form, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time via the footer at www.subscription.allango.net. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the cancellation button to access the cancellation form.

If you have already activated individual titles of a series on allango and later activate the same titles as part of a package, this will not duplicate titles in your allango library. Your existing work progress remains fully intact.

Another helpful benefit: The duration of all digital components is aligned with the Learning Package license. Your existing license will therefore be extended.

After you subscribe to a Learning Package, all components of the package are available immediately after logging in on the allango learning platform at www.allango.net.

With a Learning Package, you conveniently acquire several titles as one package. The titles then appear individually for use on allango. Use the search function in the allango library (book icon) to find your product by title or NP number. By clicking the product cover, you reach the title overview page.

A PL number is comparable to an ISBN and is used by Ernst Klett Sprachen to uniquely identify digital packages.
